Speedway Children's Charities
Speedway Children's Charities is the charitable arm of Sonoma Raceway. The mission of Speedway Children's Charities is to care for children in educational, financial, social and medical need in order to help them lead productive lives.
The Sonoma Chapter of SCC has distributed more than $4.3 million to qualified Sonoma County youth groups since 2001.
Much of the funds distributed by Speedway Children's Charities are raised at special events held throughout the year. Most Speedway Children's Charities events are geared around major event weekends at Sonoma Raceway.

Speedway Children's Charities will host the first Charity Track Laps event on Saturday, Jan. 18. Participants will enjoy instruction from professional instructions, and take part in a lead and follow session for three laps around the 12-turn, 2.52-mile road course. 12th annual Tour de Charity Karting, March/April, 2014
Join top racers from the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series for a day of karting on the lightening quick, 16-turn, three-quarter mile track. The event includes karting with NHRA racers, autographs, lunch and the chance to compete in a 10-lap timed race for a grand prize.
24 Hours of LeMons, March 22-23, 2014
Proceeds from this wacky and wild weekend will benefit SCC. If you're expecting throaty stock cars or high-performance open-wheel machines, forget it. This endurance road-racing series was founded on a particularly questionable concept: all cars must be bought and prepared for no more than $500. You've got to see it to believe it.
3J's Motorcycle Track Day, April 30, 2014
Motorcyclists will enjoy a day of leisurely riding around the road course, complete with a T-shirt, full-catered lunch and a drawing. It's one of the few chances each year we let recreational riders get on our road course! For more information, visit www.3jsmotorcycledays.com.
Historic Race Car Festival, May 17, 2014
Locals and race fans alike will enjoy wine and food samplings from more than 20 Sonoma Valley purveyors at this don't-miss event. Attendees can also enjoy a stroll around the Sonoma Plaza and an up-close look at more than 30 vintage race cars from the Sonoma Historic Motorsports Festival.
