For the first time in series history, the Verizon IndyCar® Series championship will be decided on a road course. The 11th annual Verizon IndyCar Series event at Sonoma Raceway will serve as the season finale for the 17-race 2015 schedule. The series championship has come down to the last race each year since 2006, and with double points on the line, a solid performance in Sonoma will be more important than ever.

The "Real. Strong. Humboldt Redwood Deck" at Turn 2 features a 135-foot redwood deck that extends above the existing Turn 2 Terrace seating area. This exclusive area will feature panoramic views of the raceway and Sonoma Valley, plus a redwood-arbor covered private bar with TV monitors and dedicated food service. The Real. Strong. Humboldt Redwood Deck will also feature a limited number of reserved seats perched at the ledge of the deck.

A select number of seats in our trackside luxury grandstand suites have been made available for the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma on Sunday, Aug. 30.
This trackside location is the hottest spot for the true VerizonIndyCar Series fan. If you love watching the skill, the speed, and the tactics of a professional race team in action, these seats are for you. Located in a suite directly above Pit Road and the Start/Finish Line, you’ll be able to see and feel the on-track action as it happens.

Sonoma Raceway will host the Verizon IndyCar® Series season finale for the first time this summer, and what better way to arrive on race-day than aboard the first-ever Raceway Fun Train to the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma?
The popular transportation option, which has been available for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series event since 2013, will bring fans directly from the Sacramento area to the raceway on race day, Sunday, Aug. 30.
Experience the garage all weekend, be on track for driver introductions, and have access to the pits throughout the weekend up to half an hour prior to Sunday’s green flag! This level of access is unrivaled in all of sports.

These 42 spaces are truly trackside! Positioned at the top-end of the track, you will be right on top of the action as the cars come out of Turn 7 and the drivers mash the pedal through the Esses. Turn 8 Campground spaces are reserved and include four weekend passes, with Sunday reserved seats in the Main Grandstand.

Gear up for a signature Sonoma camping experience. The Trackside RV Terraces offer just over 150 spaces in eight rows overlooking both the raceway and the rolling hills of Sonoma Valley. Dig the Kid Pre-Race Concert
Dig the Kid will perform a concert on Sunday morning to set the stage for the series season finale. Dig the Kid is a high-energy, three piece ensemble from the San Francisco Bay Area and takes on alternative, calypso, punk, soul, grunge, pop, reggae or straight-ahead rock ‘n roll.
Patriots Jet Team Air Show
The Patriots Jet Team will electrify race fans with a 25-minute air show! The demonstration will feature six-L-39 albatross jets strutting their fast-paced formation flying, choreographed six-jet diamond-formation aerobatic maneuvers and their signature “Tail Slide,” where the aircraft actually slides backwards toward the ground.

Command Flyover by California Capital Airshow
A formation of North American T-6 Texans vintage aircraft has been provided by the California Capital Air Show and will perform the command flyover following the famous words, “Drivers, start your engines!” You’ll see these amazing T-6 Texans, the USAF Thunderbirds and the CF Snowbirds at the California Capital Air Show event October 3-4. Pirelli World Challenge
Many of North America’s top sports car racers are entered for the Pirelli World Challenge Championships race weekend at Sonoma Raceway, August 28-30. The series’ GT/GTA/GT Cup presented by MOMO, and GTS classes will all be in action over the weekend.
Formula Car Challenge
The Formula Car Challenge (FCC) series will also host a double-header race weekend, with open-wheel racing in three classes. The three classes are on track at the same time, but compete for points and championships only within their respective classes. This will mark the fifth time the FCC will be paired with the Verizon IndyCar® Series in the Sonoma Valley. Past events have had 33-35 cars on the grid, making this one of the largest open-wheel races in the country.

Stop by the Great Clips booth behind the main grandstand in the paddock area. Stylists from local Great Clips salons will give haircuts all weekend for a suggested donation of just $10. All proceeds benefit Speedway Children’s Charities.

Stop by the Kids Club booth to collect your Toyota/Save Mart 350 souvenir poster and take a picture with the official mascot of the Sonoma Raceway Kids Club, Burnin' Bovine. He loves to see all of his Kids Club members during the race weekend! The Kids Club booth is located in the Ticket Pit Stop behind the Main Grandstand.
CHP Designate a Sober Driver Booth
Visit the California Highway Patrol Designate a Sober Driver Booth in the main paddock to pledge to be the designated sober driver for your group. Funding for this program was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
